The location near Southern Cross Station was convenient for our early morning flight. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and value.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station where you can catch a train or the SkyBus shuttle from the airport. It's also conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, if you don't feel like walking, you can take a tram from the stop just across the road, and it's free within the CBD!
The rooms, while clean and comfortable, may not be as fancy as some other hotels in the area.

I had a great stay here! The location is amazing, with transport just outside the door and within the free tram zone. The service was excellent, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond. The room amenities were great too, with tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. Plus, the soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting this place!

I loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to a tram station that runs right into the heart of everything. This made exploring the city so much easier and saved me from having to walk long distances. the hotel was right next to a tram stop that takes you straight to the middle of everything, making it even more convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me in getting around the city and provided excellent recommendations. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, with great Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms that had everything I needed.
Couldn't stay longer.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast menu had a fantastic selection, much better than the usual buffet offerings at other hotels. Plus, the complimentary candy buffet and automatic coffee machine were a nice touch, satisfying my daughter's sweet tooth.
Our room had a disappointing view of a blank wall. It was better than no window, but still a letdown.
